For Our Monthly Management Fee (Not All Inclusive):

  • Daily operations for the HOA
  • Collection of HOA dues
  • Manage and oversee all vendor contracts and services
  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables
  • Yearly state filing on the organizations behalf
  • Welcome Packets to new home owners in the HOA
  • Prepare documents for Board meetings and the annual homeowner meeting
  • Care for any other issues the property owners in the HOA have
