Our Easy, No-Hassle Process
Checkout the Steps.
Find Your New Home
- Check out our current listings.
- Request a showing (M-F 10:00-4:30)
- Fill out an application online
- Put down a security deposit (equal to 1 month’s rent)
Sign a Lease
- Submit Guarantor Form if needed
- Lease will be sent via email for e-signature
- Submit necessary documents (pet info, utility forms, etc. when applicable)
Move In Day
- Pay first month’s charges
- Arrive at your convenience – a code to a lockbox containing your keys will be sent via email on move in day
- Fill out check-in forms and return them to our office within 1 week
Move Out Process
- Schedule pre-inspection
- Communicate cleaning/carpet cleaning intentions
- Complete the Move Out Form
- Return keys, garage openers, etc. to our office
- Final inspection will be sent within 14 days of move out
- Status of Security Deposit will be communicated within 30 days of lease end
