- Collection of HOA dues
- Manage and oversee all vendor contracts and services
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables
- Yearly state filing on the organizations behalf
- Welcome Packets to new home owners in the HOA
- Prepare documents for Board meetings and the annual homeowner meeting
- Care for any other issues the property owners in the HOA have
