HOA MANAGEMENT SERVICES

For Our Monthly Management Fee (Not All Inclusive):

Cobalt Real Estate Management provides comprehensive support for the day-to-day operations of each Association. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Daily operations and administrative management for the HOA
  • Collection and processing of HOA dues
  • Oversight and coordination of all vendor contracts and services
  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable management
  • Annual state filing on behalf of the organization
  • Preparation and delivery of welcome packets for new homeowners
  • Preparation of documents for Board meetings and the annual homeowner meeting
  • Addressing and assisting with any issues or concerns raised by property owners within the HOA
