For Our Monthly Management Fee (Not All Inclusive):
- Collection of HOA dues
- Manage and oversee all vendor contracts and services
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables
- Welcome Packets to new property owners in the KTA
- Prepare documents for Board meetings and the annual homeowner meeting
- Care for any other issues the property owners in the KTA have
